Welcome to Boom Facility Service Advisors, also known as BoomFSA, (“BoomFSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, chat widget, online forms, communication services, and SMS/text messaging program.

By using our website, interacting with our chat widget, submitting a form, or communicating with BoomFSA, you agree to these Terms. Submitting an inquiry or entering your phone number does not automatically enroll you in SMS/text messaging. SMS consent must be provided separately through the optional consent checkbox in the BoomFSA website chat widget.

You may use our website and chat widget to request information, request a consultation, schedule services, communicate with our team, and learn more about BoomFSA.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Program

BoomFSA may offer SMS/text messaging to individuals who choose to opt in.

Program Name: BoomFSA SMS Program

Program Description: BoomFSA may send transactional and non-marketing SMS/text messages for customer care, consultation follow-up, call scheduling, appointment coordination, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, proposal follow-up, customer support, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the BoomFSA SMS service.

Entering your phone number alone does not grant BoomFSA permission to send you SMS messages. SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox in the BoomFSA website chat widget.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an inquiry, request a consultation, communicate with BoomFSA, or purchase services.

3. Types of SMS Messages We May Send

If you opt in, BoomFSA may send transactional and non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, consultation request, or services.

These messages may include:

• Responses to website chat inquiries
• Consultation follow-up
• Call scheduling updates
• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Proposal follow-up
• Customer support messages
• Follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry

BoomFSA SMS messages under this program are transactional and non-marketing in nature.

4. SMS Consent and Opt-In Rules

SMS consent is collected using a separate, optional checkbox in the BoomFSA website chat widget.

The SMS consent checkbox allows you to receive transactional and non-marketing messages related to inquiries, consultation requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support.

The checkbox is optional. It is not required to submit an inquiry, request a consultation, communicate with BoomFSA, or purchase services. The checkbox must be unchecked by default.

5. SMS Disclosures

By opting in to receive SMS messages from BoomFSA, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Messages are sent by BoomFSA.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Text HELP for assistance.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opting Out of SMS Messages

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from BoomFSA.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from BoomFSA unless you choose to opt in again.

7. No Third-Party SMS Data Sharing

BoomFSA does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and SMS consent data may be shared with service providers only as needed to support messaging services, customer service, or business operations. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website, chat widget, forms, and messaging services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
